Ola KYC Process - Ola KYC form Download - by 14th Aug

You are required to get your KYC verified before 14th August. Please find attached the blank KYC form. You need to do the following:

Step 1:Download Ola KYC form from here , fill it up, attach a photograph and sign across the photograph.

Step 2: Get scanned copies of this filled form, self- attested ID proof and self-attested address proof.

Step 3: Send all these documents to support@olamoney.com by 14th August 2015.

As per RBI guidelines, if your Ola KYC verification is not done by the 14th of August 2015, your Ola Money balance shall be forfeited.

FAQ’s

1) Why should I get Ola KYC done?

We were a closed wallet previously, now we are upgrading to a semi – closed wallet. As per RBI guidelines, if the semi – closed wallet balance is more than Rs 10,000, you need to get your KYC verification done. Otherwise you shall forfeit your Ola Money balance. For KYC verification, we need your identity proof and address proof.

2) What will happen if I do not get my Ola KYC done?

As per RBI guidelines, we can neither refund your balance above Rs 10,000 nor can we retain the balance in your wallet. All the money above Rs 10,000 shall be forfeited.

3) Is there any place where I can go and get my Ola KYC done?

So sorry, but currently the only way by which you can get your KYC done is by sending the scanned copies of the form along with the proofs through email to support@olamoney.com.

4) What are the valid documents for ID proof and address proof?

We will mail you a blank Ola KYC form. You need to fill this form, attach a passport size photograph and sign across it. Along with this form, you need to provide self-attested copies of the following:

#Proof of Identity (any one):

1. PAN card with photograph

2. Driving License with photograph

#Proof of Address (any one):

1. Aadhar card

2. Passport
