PAYTM | UBER Registration Issues & Solutions

 There are 3 ways to do this:

Adding money via the Uber App:
  1. Access the menu in-app, tap on ‘Payment’ and select your Paytm Wallet
  2. Tap on ‘Add money’; you can either punch in an amount or simply tap one of the options to pay with your credit card, debit card or net-banking account
Adding money online via Paytm.com:
  1. Login using your Paytm username and password
  2. Click on your name and go to your Paytm Cash Wallet
  3. Click the ‘Add money to Wallet’ button to pay with your credit card, debit card or net-banking account
Adding money through the Paytm App:
  1. Download the Paytm app from your app store
  2. Login using your Paytm username and password
  3. On the bottom menu, tap on’ Wallet’ and then ‘Add Paytm Cash’
  4. Enter your top-up amount to pay with your credit card, debit card or net-banking account
‘I’m unable to book a ride without clearing my outstanding balance! What should I do?’

All you need to do is top up your wallet, so that you have enough funds to clear your outstanding balance and take your next ride. To do this, click the ‘Person’ icon at the top of the screen and tap the ‘Payment’ tab:

Then, tap your Paytm wallet, click on ‘Add Money’ and follow the instructions.

‘Why isn’t my top-up balance syncing with my Uber app or the Paytm app?’

If you’re seeing this, write to Uber at support@uber.com with these details, so Uber can help you on priority. Send them a:
  1. Screenshot of the balance you see when you log into your Paytm account through the Paytm website/App (you may use your mobile number to sign in)
  2. Another screenshot of the balance that you see in the Uber app.
  3. Don’t forget to mention the date of your top up along with the amount you tried to add!
Why don’t I see the ‘Add a Prepaid Wallet’ button on my Windows phone ?

Write to Uber  support@uber.com and they would look into it right away!

HELP! I’m seeing an error that reads ‘…scan your card…’ or ‘…bank is having trouble processing your payment method…’!
