Lately around 16-20 th May many Uber Riders reported that their Uber credit disappeared from App. Later to discover their Uber Credits was totally deducted by Uber without any notification .
Well two of my close buddies who were victim of same tried to contact Uber via mail & tweet but either Uber didn't reply or they didn't solve the issue.

Bottom-line : Uber Credits disappeared from their A/C for ever.
The other issue is about Missing Free Rides. "Your Free Ride" option is not visible in many phones. You are not the only people who are facing this issue. Today morning I was unable to see any "Free Rides" in my Moto X Android app. But it has happened many times earlier too. As of evening I took this screen grab. You can see Number of Free Rides in my Uber Account .
There are many people facing the same. Which could be due to any or some of of these following reasons.
1. Uber is disqualifying / banning some accounts under fair usages policy. So if those accounts are banned due to "illegal" / "non fair usages" policy then referral credits/free rides earned by referring those account may deducted too. So if you have referred someone then your free rides may get deducted too . I know this is not Nice, But True.
2. Uber launched free Promotional ride under uberhighroller, uberhero schemes, so if you have referred 10/25/50 people in those time period you must have got some Extra Promotional Rides which are not 90 Days Valid ( Like Regular Free rides ), but they are normally 30 days valid or upto some date specified during the scheme.
3. There is backend issue in syncing. In Uber's mobile site you can't see Free Rides and so in Uber's Windows app. Best way is to tally with the mail you get once you receive any free ride.
Below is the screenshot of mail I have, You can clearly see the Number of Free Rides to use. These are Non Promotional Rides with Validity of 90 days from the day credited.
So lately many of us are not able to see the Uber Free Rides in Our Uber Mobile App specially in Android.
If you know anyone using Windows or m.uber.com they may share the pain with you. They never could see free rides in their app.
Keep referring and earning free rides ..
From 17th April the Value of Free Ride has been revised to 300. So any new rides credited from Today onwards would be 300 but the old rides would be worth 600. U can see details by tapping on "Free Rides" section in your app.
